    Richard, a business owner and developer of a shopping center in Vista, California, began working in earnest on his $2 million plus shopping center after our work together.  He had a court appearance which was distracting him from his project, he was feeling intimidated by the person who brought the action.   After our first session he had his court date and prevailed. The person who called the litigation noticed his increase in confidence and will no longer be a problem to Richard.

Shortly thereafter Richard had several city council and state assembly appearances related to his shopping center project. We worked together to further build his confidence around public speaking.  This allowed him to do what was required with the city and state officials to move his project forward.

Recognizing the success of our earlier work, Richard invited me to help increase the business in his two retail stores. After intervewing each current employee, and helping to interview and hire an additional employee, Richard implemented my suggestions and reports that his employee concerns are greatly reduced, his business profits have tripled and he can take time away from the stores to build his new shopping center knowing his stores are in productive, competent hands.

    Michelle, a CPA, came in to increase her business. In the week between her first Coaching Session and her second, her personal income increased $1,000!  Our work together helped her overcome a fear of confrontation which was preventing her from addressing several slow-paying clients.  After our work, she was confident and easily called the clients to collect her fees! 

She has also noticed that she is more effective and less stressed at work. She's currently becoming the sort of person who "doesn't do problems", and is well on the way to having an even more successful life.

In November '96 (yes, I've been doing this that long) Michelle told me that her business for October '96 was more than double the usual dollar value!  Over the 1996 Holiday Season, she was able to take more vacation days than in the previous years.

    Cathy (who was referred by a local doctor), had experienced frequent dizziness over the past 20 years. The doctor who referred her didn't notice a physical cause for the problem and suggested that she contact me. During her first session, we got the dizziness under control. In two subsequent sessions we built resources around how to confidently face life now that the worry of dizziness was not an issue. As a result, her relationship with her family improved, she got a job directing a children's theater group and her overall quality of life has improved greatly.

	By Telephone: Four Weekly calls of 30 or 60 minutes each per month.  This method works best for most people's schedules since there is no commuting time.
